lately i’ve been clicking on facebook reel videos on deliciously looking steak cooking and getting them nonstop, and really wondering do they taste as good as they look? so we went here to try out some basic ribeye medium rare. the results… are kinda disappointing. this medium rare had a strongly rare inside, and at this point of rareness the meat no longer had a chewing texture. it was all a big gluttinuous compact.. a bit like raw tuna meat. the insides didn’t really feel like chewing beef. I don’t know what I was expecting.

As we were exiting, we tried out the seatings in the other sections. I don’t think the middle rows (Sections D-I) are worth it at least in terms of seating. Hard chairs, likely similar discomfort to our row GG at the very end. The preferred section (Sections J-V) chairs were very comfy. (How expensive are they though?)
